Heat mechanism for plate –heat exchanger is according to the law for thermodynamics that, Quality of heat is always sent spontaneously from high-temperature object to low-temperature one, if there was some difference in temperature between two kinds of liquid, then there must be the transferring of quality of heat in between. When the kinds of liquid with difference in temperature are in process of forced convection of heating, the heat exchanging rate of them is up to 92%,due to the surface of the heat plate adopted an optimizing design of corrugated structure. Even if the velocity of flow of the liquid is below Renault permitted value, the movement of the liquid between the plates also presents three-dimensional ones that makes the liquid to form a violent confused movement so as to reduce the heat resistance of the verge of the plate and intensify the heating efficiency.
