应用事项
开机前首先检查整个管路连接系统，以及所要求有流体进出口连接形式，开机时应先开启低温低压流体阀门，然后开启高温高压流体阀门，停机时先关闭高温高压流体阀门，然后关增长低温低压流体阀门。式热交换器用于液——液交换时，不需要设排汽装置，在汽——液交换时，当蒸汽温度超过150
度时应在管路系统中设置疏水器，以利于提高机组热换效率，及延长橡胶垫使用寿命。
板式热交换器经过长期连续运行后，由于流体中沉积物集积在板片表面，增大热阻使传热效率下降，维修人员应定期进行清洗保养，最好要安装反清洗装置，拆卸清洗时，首先将紧固螺杆对角拧松，将板片逐一取出检查清洗，安装时按技术要求进行，拧紧螺杆时要求夺紧力两侧均匀，紧到所规定的尺寸为止。
Application instructions for Plate-heat Exchanger
1. Before start the machine, check the entire system
for pipe connection and all connection form that required
for inlet and outlet for liquid. When start themachine,
open the low-temperature &low-pressure liquid valve
first, and then open the high-temperature &high-pressure
liquid valve. When the machine stops working, close
the high-temperature & high-temperature & high-pressure
liquid valve first, and then, close the low-temperature
& low-pressure liquid valve.
2. When the Plate-heat Exchanger is used for exchanging
of liquid to liquid, it need not to setup exhaust device;
when exchanging from steam to liquid, a reducing valve
and a hydrophobic should be set in the pipe system as
steam temperature exceeds 1500C so as to increase the
efficiency of heat-exchange and prolong the life of
the rubber gaskets.
3. After the Plate-heat Exchanger is operated continuously
for a long time and due to the sediment in the liquid
gathering on the surface of the plates which can increase
heat resistance to debase the efficiency of heat diffusion,
therefore, the Plate-heat Exchanger should be maintained
and cleaned periodically, and the best bet is to install
an anti-cleaning device on it. Before disassembling
and cleaning the machine, loose the fastening screws
on the cross first and then, take out the plates one
by one to check and clean. The installation of it must
be operated according to the technical requirements
and the press of screwing down the bolts at both sides
of the target plates must be equal until have then to
the specified dimension.
